Wish I was there. Wish it was 1990 all over again.... I've seen Warrant, but it was without Jani Lane. Concerts are nothing like they used to be. All people do is play with their phones.. (No energy)!!! It was a great era. The Best.

Saw RATT open for Poison. Love Warren, but it was the worst sounding concert I’ve ever been too. You can tell he’s just cranked for this solo

I seen the theater of pain tour in a small arena in flint Michigan it was like the palace but even smaller, best concert in my whole life it was a heavy metal group at there height or really reaching the summit at that point playing in a arena that was probably a little too small but it made it perfect

I saw them open for Ozzy on Bark at the Moon in Nashville, TN in 84 that summer. They blew Ozzy out.

Not only was I at this show, but I was backstage. You can't see me in this video but when the video pans back and you can see the whole stage, my friends and I were in the courtesy booth behind the square lights, just over George's shoulder. No cellphones then so only a few pics that my friend took on his camera (his what??). Before the show, I got to say hi to Don (and maybe Jeff and Mick? I can't remember now) right before he went on stage. Afterward, I said hi to George and he was nice enough but really pissed off because of the rain. He said to come find him by the trailers and food tents out back later on but I never saw him out there Because of the hellacious traffic, we missed Kindom Come's set but got there during Metallica's. First, we were in the security barrier area between the crowd and the stage, then we were on the stage over by the sound engineer. A couple of the guys came to talk to the engineer, said hi to us, etc. (Bonus points the next morning when my phone rang and when I said hello a friend of mine who was also at the show yelled "WTF WERE YOU DOING ON STAGE WITH METALLICA YESTERDAY!?!?" The Scorps kept having to stop their set because of the rain and when they would go out back some of them hung out with us while waiting to go back on. Mattias and Rudolph were super nice. I have some pictures of them going back on stage after the van brought them back to finish the set Any of you others who were there may remember that when Van Halen's bus got there, it got stuck in the mud. We were talking to one of the crew members when another one came up to tell his friend "The bus got stuck in the mud and the crowd has discovered them!" We looked up and saw a ton of people making a mad dash. We were on a private access road and a minute later a golf cart with all four members hanging on came whizzing by to the trailers. We went back there and Sammy Hagar hung out for a bit chatting, Eddie ran by and said hi but couldn't stop to talk for too long. Later, a crew from WBCN showed up and I knew one of the guys that was with them and he introduced me to the others. We spent VH's set up in the courtesy booth again, hanging with him, Tami Heide (BCN DJ), and a few others. It was one of the most amazing experiences of my then 19-year-old self's life, and still is. The few pictures we do have are just of the band members on stage or going back on stage, and none with us in them, but I love the pictures. One of them from during Dokken's set is particularly cool
